[ut3] Connection Failed

Well, as i said, it is listed in my server browser, as i am trying to
run it as a LAN server, and i am viewing it in my LAN server browser.
My problem is that I cannot connect to it, and as Pete pointed out, it
is taking far too long to load. Thanks for the tip on removing
MinNetPlayers though.
