[ut3] Where and how to ban a player(s)

Hi,
 
Anybody know, how and where to configure to ban a player ?
In docs, 'AdminKickban' command said it's stored in a ini file, but which ?
A 'grep' with banned player name don't show results ... : S
Maybe a misconfiguration :(
 
Anyboy have a clue ?
