location of this new binary you all talk about?

Where can i get this updated binary you are all talking about.
I am one of the people that complains that their server is not seen in  
any server browser..

Also, does anyone know how to "Open IP" directly. I would rather give  
my friend my IP than they have to go to the Master Server to look for  
my game.?!?!?!?!
