UDP Error an 0.0.0.0:0 Problem

Hello all,
 
After a time perhaps 2 1/2 maps (It's different). All players lose theire
connection to the server an nobody is able to connect anymore.
 
In Log you can find the UDP Error an 0.0.0.0:0 Problem.
 
Anyone seen this or have a solution?
