[ut3] CPU Usage 32bit intel <> 64bit amd difference

64bit Opteron running ubuntu 6.06. I am not reallly getting the high CPU
usage..  1000 Tick Kernel and Game Tickrate of 60.  Only uses 2% CPU when no
one is on the server.. and only goes up to about 10% when I got 8 players
playing TDM.  I have noticed that it tends to suck alot of ram though..
400MB +
