[ut3] Shutdown Error

Hmmmmm nope, still getting that error.  I'm going to revert back to the
default kernel(I'm using a custom one at the moment) and see if that makes a
difference.

I suspect that's probably what caused the problem, but in the long term, 
we'll have to probably just decide that one frame runs in zero 
milliseconds and correct the deltas from there if time went backwards. 
Seems like the best fix.
