Strange Error when loading server

when I try to run:
Binaries/ut3 server 
vCTF-Suspense?MaxPlayers=8?MinNetPlayers=1?bShouldAdvertise=False?bIsLanMatch=True?bIsDedicated=True

I get this error:

the system is a AMDx2 gentoo i686 server that I've never had trouble 
with before. thanks in advance for any help. ^_^
