Same as posted to the ut3servers list:
Aha! Finally triggered it. Someone had to join and stay on
sufficiently long from outside my LAN. On the next mapswap, I got
dumped during the seemless travel and couldn't rejoin, even from the
LAN. Logfile attached, in case it helps.
