[ut3] UT3 Linux empty but taking 20% cpu ?

Adding to the pile:

AMD Athlon XP 2800+ w/ 1GB RAM idles at 35-40% in DM or VCTF.  RAM is  
 >30%.  When the server's running, It doesn't go much above 50%  
outside of maploads, though I haven't been able to con many people to  
join...  Cable modem server hosting is lame, I know...  ;)
