[ut3] UT3 Linux empty but taking 20% cpu ?

The server does a lot more than just run UT3 so I'm afraid that doesn't 
help me a lot, but I can verify that the 2-3% utilization is the 
percentage of a single core.  It's possible for a process to utilize 
more than 100%.  I think I'll set up mrtg with monitoring the UT3 
process and graph its usage.
