[ut3] UT3 Linux empty but taking 20% cpu ?

Ryan, it looks like it's on all the maps I tried so far.

I set the tickrate idle lower; it's a tiny bit better but still same
problem.

Thank you
Stephane

It's definitely idle here when empty...is there a specific map doing this?

In ut2003, we had a bug where the weather effects were needlessly
running on the server, so you would eat a ton of CPU to calculate
raindrops you'd never see...we fixed it once we knew about it. I'm sure
there are issues like this in UT3 to be sorted out, too.

Also, there's a setting in the .ini to reduce server tickrate when no
one is playing, which should reduce CPU usage for idle servers. That's
"IdleServerTickRate" in UTEngine.ini's "[IpDrv.TcpNetDriver]" section.
