[ut3] UT3 Linux empty but taking 20% cpu ?

Hello, 

Everything looks to be working fine, I can join the server, but the cpu
usage is "high" when the server is empty:

20-25% on a AMD x2 3800, 1gb ram.	Old Fedora Core 4 Final
2-4% on a XEON E5410 8gb ram	Centos 5 Final
2-5% on a dual amd 265 4gb RAM   Centos 5 Final


Anyone else seeing considerable CPU usage when the server is empty ?
