[ut3] UT3 Linux server now available!

Thanks, yet again, Ryan, for all your hard work and loooooooooong  
suffering of the impatients on the list...  ;)

Guess that means I should actually finish getting Apoc MatrixMoves  
ported to UT3 and get my server up, eh?  Sweet, it's ON! <cracks  
knuckles>

Praying to whatever higher power gets the job done that the Linux and  
Mac clients also make their way out someday soon...  I have been  
hating life having to boot Windows to play this game.  Can't wait to  
be rid of it, yet again.
