[ut3] UT3 Linux server now available!

Awesome!  Thank you a thousand times, Ryan, for all your hard work, for your 
frankness and honesty (allowing for things you can't say!), and hey, even for 
all the countless other things you've done over the years before this. 

I guess now we can go and compare this binary to the beta server and figure 
out who *is* to blame ;)  Kidding, kidding . . .
