Gamepads

I hate to spam the list off-topic, but regarding gamepad/joystick  
control in UT--I think it's a very nice feature to have, and I hope  
the Mac/Linux versions of UT3 do support that.

I'm a big UT2004 keyboard/mouse loyalist, BUT my keyboard hand can  
hurt a lot. So I use a Logitech Rumblepad 2 in JUST MY LEFT HAND,  
resting on my desk or lap. It's great! Comfortable and easy. My right  
hand is always on the mouse, yet I still love having gamepad support.  
(This is the Mac version.)

Left triggers are Jump/Crouch, left stick is strafe (click stick to  
enter/exit vehicle) and I've assigned 5 common weapons to the D-Pad  
and one of the middle buttons. Other weapons are on the right-side  
buttons where I can reach over (awkwardly), plus I can hit weapon keys  
on the keyboard without putting down the gamepad.
