I'm sorry but your somewhat uninformed.

Cedega includes NDA licenced code for DirectX and Installer support that
will never go into Wine. For games Cedega is best. For some stuff which you
can use a native opengl renderer then yes wine is fine, but for the mostpart
cedega works better.
