Agreed ... was seeing framerate issues on Vista vs XP using a 8800GTS
which is crazy.  Some people claim they don't have issues, but they have
not turned framerate smoothing off. On XP I can run max and use Vsync to
lock them at 60Hz, on vista was running into issues at 4 not keeping at
60.
