[ut2004] UT2004 and Nvidia Twinview

If i leave the terminal with the non-exited ut2004 terminal running for a
long time, it eventually exits with a error message - something about sound
pausing?. I have a Creative Audigy 2 ZS sound card.

The Twinview problem can be solved with the advice i was given.
