[ut2004] UT2004 on AMD64... no go

For reference of others:

deb-src http://people.debian.org/~rdonald/nvidia/ unstable/sources/

Build the nvidia kernel source module, then install, extract
into /usr/src/modules, and then cd into your kernel sources and
make-kpkg modules_image.
