[ut2004] ECE Bonus Pack creates problems

To see what map is causing the shutdown try these commands on a terminal
rm -R .ut2004
(this will remove the .ut2004 folder with all its sub-directories)
then type
ut2004
(this will start the program, look carefully at what files are being 
exported successfully.  If A map files fails to export, you will see the 
message and what map file it is.  Remove that map file and try running the 
program again, it should work.)
