[ut2004] Patch 3355 AMD 64?

I've had a lot of players playing on the amd64 binary this-evening and
it seems to be working well. Better than the 32 bit binary with 3339
anyway. CPU Utilization and load seems to have improved. I havent tested
the 32 bit binary to see if there's a performance difference. Should I
expect one one way or the other?

amd64 performance in 3355 should be better.
