I did as the FAQ suggests and now I get this:

Copying to a temporary location...
Verifying archive integrity... All good.
Uncompressing Unreal Tournament 2004 for GNU/Linux
3186.........................
.............................................
Mounted device /dev/cdroms/hdc
mount: /dev/floppy/0 is not a valid block device
UZ2: Failed to fully write
[/usr/local/games/ut2004/Textures/CavernTextures.utx]
!
./setup.sh: line 262: 4870 Aborted "$setup" "$@"
