[ut2004] no mouse or keyboard in 3D modes?

Usually this means you mangled your User.ini file, frequently by
installing the Editors' Choice Edition bonus pack.

Make sure there isn't a User.ini in your installation's System
directory, and if deleting that doesn't fix it, then delete the one in
~/.ut2004/System so the game can recreate it.
