[ut2004] FragOps breaks game AGAIN

I reinstalled the game and it worked until I downloaded FragOps again and 
installed it.  Then I got the same errors as before.  This time I installed 
FragOps in my ~/.ut2004 and I have a backup copy without FragOps in it, so it 
won't be necessary to reinstall the entire game.
