FragOps breaks game

[Pollywog]

UT2004 with the latest patch and ECE was working until yesterday, after I 
installed the FragOps mod.  Now I get the following errors:

_X11TransSocketOpen: socket() failed for local
_X11TransSocketOpenCOTSClient: Unable to open socket for local
_X11TransOpen: transport open failed for local/slider:0
Couldn't set video mode: Could not create GL context


I am using a Geforce FX5600 video card and my Nvidia drivers are:
