[ut2004] UT2004 ECE Bonus Pack

Hey Ryan,

I downloaded, bunziped and cp -Rf the stuff to my ut dir.
When I start the game with one of the new maps; I can sit at the start as long as I want, but as soon as I click fire and the countdown to begin finishes, I crash and get this at the end of the log:
