[ut2004] Red Orchestra installation woes

Got it. I had installed as root and then chown ed to my user.  I just
pulled the dir from my fedora core1 install partition ( I'm using
core2 now ) and moved it to my home dir. Glad I found this before I
cleared the core1 install.
