I don't think I can install gcc 3.x with the following being installed on my system: glibc-2.2.4-32.15 glibc-devel-2.2.5-34 glibc-common-2.2.4-32.15 libcap-1.10-6 glibc-kernheaders-2.4-7.14 Since it might take a while to get newer packages for my machine (Axentra Netbox), I will try the support library mentioned in an earlier post. 8)
