What's the trick? I've been trying all night  to get it to work with 
alsa and it doesn't work. You do mean Voip where you can talk to other 
people right? Because I can hear everyone else fine, I just can't talk 
back. Can you post your .openalrc and .asoundrc file? I figure that they 
are the files that I need to edit to get it working right.
