[ut2004] updated installer?

Also, remeber to run the installer from a local
directory on the hard disk. If you cd to the CDROM
drive to run the installer, you cannot unmount the
first CD to load the second. e.g.

/games/ut2004$ /cdrom/name-of-install-program

This way, the device is not "busy" when you try and
load the second disk....
