[ut2004] Linux UT2004 w/ Radeon 9800 or 9600 Pro

ls: /usr/X11R6/lib/tls: No such file or directory

IIRC, the presence of a tls directory on a 2.4.x kernel would cause
problems for UT2003.  As I've noted before, UT2003 runs fine, it's only
UT2004 that fails to start.

At this point I'm pretty sure it's a problem with UT2004, not my
configuration.  I've tried various different driver versions so far
(3.2.8, 3.7.0, and 3.7.6), all work flawlessly with other games.  In
each case only UT2004 remains a problem.
