[ut2004] Invalid map index

I found a thread on this just after I posted last night but I was
reinstating /usr/local/games/ut2004/System/CacheRecords.ucl
instead of ~/.ut2004/System/CacheRecords.ucl and wondering why this
work-around didn't work.  Hmmm.

Now I see !  Thanks !
