ucc make?

Will ucc's Make commandlet will be ported to Linux? I remember reading posts
about plans on porting it...

Can it be seperated from the main Editor DLL/shared library?

It would be very helpful to be able to use it natively. I haven't been able
to setup the dual win32/Linux environment like I was in UT2k3.
