[ut2004] Will the linux version run on AMD Processors?

Why would it not run on an AMD microprocessor? If the AMD chip is a clone of 
an intel processor, and supports all the same opcodes and features, all code 
that would run on an Intel x86 processor should run on the equivalent AMD 
processor.
