[ut2004] Linux 3236 with fixed load times...

Wow, it wasn't on gcc3 already?  You shoulder consider skipping to 3.4, 
many people are using it with success, especially for targetting x86_64.

I still have to use the 32-bit build as the 64-bit build crashes and 
randomly hangs, not to mention you can't change maps through webadmin =(
