[ut2004] 3236 linux server startup takes really long

Having the same problem with the previous patch... load times are now
just ridiculous, 2-3 minutes for average DM maps and 5 for any ONS map.
With the unpatched retail version loads took under 30 seconds even for
huge maps with lots of bots.

Is there any specific info/debugging I can post for people who might
have some influence...?
