There seems to be a new patch, 3236. Nothing here on the list, nothing on icculus.org, and nothing on UT2004.com. Both FilePlanet, but only for MS Windows, and FileShack, which has Linux too, have it. Probably elsewhere too, but I'm not looking any further now! -- Ian.
