[ut2004] perhaps I have the wrong server?

I checked my file and it was downloaded on March 15 not June.
I am going to download a new copy from FileFront just in case I have the wrong 
file.  Since I am the only one with problems after the patch, it would seem a 
possibility that I applied the patch to the wrong files (wrong server).
