[ut2004] UT with dual monitor

I also have a Ti4200 with dual monitor and my UT2k4 runs full screen on
one monitor. I have a LCD on the left (1024x768), a CRT on the right
(normally 1280x1024), and I play UT2k4 at 1024x768.

My metamodes line in the "Screen" section of my XF86Config-4 is:

Option "Metamodes" "1024x768+0+0,1280x1024+1024+0 ;
NULL,800x600;NULL,1024x768"

Now, if I set UT to, say, 1280x1024 I get one window spanned across
monitors. I think the trick is the existence of the two entries in the
Metamodes line with NULL entries for the monitor I don't want to use; I
notice you have similar lines with only one resolution listed. I suspect
the OP will have to create similar entries.
