Just place them in the proper directory:

.ut2 == Maps directory under you main installation.
.usx == Static Meshes.
.utx == Texture packs
.uax == Sounds packs
.ogg == Music
.ukx == Animations
.ka == KarmaData
.int, .u, .ucl, .so (if any) == System
