[ut2003io] Errors when starting ut2003

Ok that repaired part of the problem. I softlinked the libSDL from my
librarys into ut2003 and the mad guy came through the NVIDIA emblem
yellin' and screamin' then it died with:

 
fcntl: Operation not permitted
fcntl: Operation not permitted
Negative delta time!
