benchmark problem

Hi!
I was trying to benchmark my system a little when my x-server chrashed. 
afterwards i could do one more benchmark (that had no sound), 
botmatch-inferno.sh, and afterwards i get the following error on all 
benchmarks:

Bad name index 4473/454

History:

Exiting due to error

does anybody have an idea what's going wrong?
