Hmm. In that bug, the original poster said that recompiling OpenAL 
didn't help. That may have been before the patches made it through. I 
copied the openal.so from the ut2004 demo to ut2003 and now it works 
fine. I'll have to get the new OpenAL code and the patches and see if I 
can get VOIP going too.
