1) The game is going to run terribly, you're on a TNT2, the game barely runs well on my Ti4200
2) It would appear you have a version foulup, wherein you have partially patched

If, after reading 1) you still desire to try. I suggest you use the tarball patch:

Which may or may not fix your broken install.
