Bonus Pack inis...

For those that couldn't do this manually:

After unzipping the bonus pack into your installation, you can replace 
Default.ini and DefUser.ini in your installation's System directory with 
the attached ones. Then "rm -rf $HOME/.ut2003" and run the game. When 
your .inis are recreated, they will have the Bonus Pack settings (but 
you'll have to reconfigure your name, controls, etc).

Let me know if I screwed this up.  :)
