Editor support (make/batchexport)

This is NOT about UnrealEd the application but a few editor commandlets
like `make` and `batchexport`. These commandlets are the only thing you
realy need to develop the code for mods, etc. It doesn't need the
graphical shell of UnrealEd.
So will there be a change that this part will be ported ?
