unable to find server

Hi all

I've been trying to find a clan server but after all
servers load it does not appear to show in the master
list..Someone mentioned to me that it could be the
game version # that I am using or a possible patch
fix..No patches installed.

Question 1.being where do I find game version # using
linux?

Question 2..how do I join a game from console instead
of using master server list

any help appreciated
