Fire up the autoupdater to get it, or, if the autoupdater doesn't work 
for any number of reasons, get this tarball and unpack it over your 
installation. Using the tarball is more downloading, and breaks future 
attempts to use the autoupdater, but it will update you from any version 
to 2199 directly.

The autoupdater can be used by running "loki_update" in the "updater" 
folder wherever you installed ut2003.
