 Unfortunately, as far as I know, loki_patch doesn't support this 
option.  The other obvious advantage is that, to a certain point, 
cumulative diff patches are much smaller and so download quicker.

Just run loki_update and it'll do all the updates automatically.  No 
need to hunt down the files and install them manually at all.  I would 
have thought you'd remember that!   :-P
