[ut2003io] Keys and mouse don't work

I guess you just applied the latest patch 2225, am I right?
The patch replaces your "User.ini" instead of just adding stuph to it....

Try grabbing the "User.ini" file that you can find on cd1, and put that 
in your ~.ut2003/System folder
A good thing is to also put in your gamedir....
